Ok, so just by being here you must believe that you have at least 10 minutes left in the legs. This is the Main event for the Barbarians, who are yet to beat Tenby UTD in this fixture. Which is kind of embarrassing if you look at their side!! Fighting talk already. Totally; as this is the year all the records are put straight.

But more importantly is the reason we drag ourselves out onto the field of battle the day after Christmas and it is probably the same reason we all loved our rugby years. Its about the guys that stand next to you and for us its about Gareth Scotcher.

This match raises money for The Gareth Scotcher Trust and is kindly sponsored by Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire. They pay for all the kit, and as players we donate a minimum of £10 per player that goes directly into the trust. For our donation we get to keep our playing tops, which are also dated so one can prove that you played a game of rugby in 2009!
